The Arts Are In Danger

In the state of Wyoming, it has come to my attention that the arts; such as band, choir, art, graphics, and orchestra are in trouble! If you plan to go to college in Wyoming, on a Hathaway scolar ship you may have to drop your elective classes. The Hathatway plan requires you to score at least an 18 on the ACT and have a 2.8 GPA. No problem right?
Big problem! In order to futher qualify you must attend four years of english, science, math. At least three years of history, and two years of forigen languges. This leaves no room for The Arts in your schedule!
The choice they leave is either free college, or the Arts!
